She Came in Like the Summer Rain

Project

The shimmering rooftops of Brooklyn, kissed by the first rain of summer, served as the genesis of inspiration for this collection. The scent of cool rain evaporating from heated asphalt conjures a sense of boundless potential within the bustling city streets. I aimed to draw inspiration from the juncture where rooftops meet the sky, shaping my choice of materials. The interplay between sturdy structures and the ethereal sky translated into leather jackets featuring dynamic tulle hems and captivating twisted asymmetry.
